The West Hawaii Association of REALTORS® (WHAR) is a proud sponsor of the homeownership education section of the Best of Kona Festival being held on Saturday, February 8 from 12-6 pm at the Keauhou Shopping Center. The homeownership education area of the Festival will be held off of the Keauhou Shopping Center’s central courtyard area, in the Kahalu’u Heritage Center, an air conditioned room with seating and a beautiful place to learn more about the unique and rich history of Kahalu’u.
WHAR will be providing free educational panel presentations with Realtor and mortgage professional members in conjunction with the Hawaii Homeownership Center, a local non-profit organization that provides education, information and support to create successful first-time homeowners in Hawai‘i.
